  • AMSEC LLCAMSEC LLC, a subsidiary of Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), is a full-service supplier to the Navy and commercial maritime industry. AMSEC LLC provides naval architecture and marine engineering, electronic systems engineering, vessel system assessments, maintenance engineering and program development, shipyard industrial engineering, and complete logistics services, from technical manual development to provisioning documents, spare parts management and training.

    AMSEC LLC, was formed in 1981 to provide top-quality technical and engineering support services to the Navy, and was acquired in 1987 by SAIC. Today, with more than 4600 employees in over 30 offices, ASMEC LLC provides direct support to the fleet in all Navy homeport concentrations and technical centers. On a typical day, AMSEC has well over 1000 employees working on Navy ships and at Navy shore activities worldwide.

    EMA Inc, a subsidiary of AMSEC LLC, provides engineering, management, financial and logistics support for Defense programs including carrier air traffic control and landing systems, tactical aircrew combat training systems, shipboard data links, computer security, and command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems.

    Planning Consultants, Inc (PCI), a subsidiary of AMSEC LLC, provides advanced analytical and engineering services for the Aegis Combat System as well as integration support for related systems such as Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Open Architecture (OA), Ballistic Missile Defense, Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) and the Land Attach Warfare System.

  • PSSPSS specializes in weapons systems engineering, test and evaluation and the Information Technology program support fields. Our expertise lies in planning, developing and integrating commercial and military IT and Engineering solutions. Specific expertise includes Business and Financial Systems implementation, and Military Weapons Systems engineering support. Our staff is comprised of IT, SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle experts as well as weapon system engineers and managers skilled in major systems acquisition, testing, evaluation, modeling and simulation, and integrated logistics. Our customers range from commercial firms to the US Army, Navy, and Air Force; US Postal Service; Defense Logistics Agency; US Food and Drug Administration; and US Agency for International Development.

Quality Assurance Program:

The principals of our corporation view this contract as important to the continued growth of the company. They under­stand that client satisfaction is the key to growth. As such, they will authorize the necessary material and per­sonnel resourc­es to as­sure continual qua­lity-oriented network sup­port. Company execu­tives will vali­date that contract perfor­mance re­mains in fo­cus through qua­rterly meet­ings. The objec­tive of the meeting will be to con­firm that contract­ed sup­port functions are on track and contrib­ute to the for­ward pro­gress of overall service deliv­ery. Fur­thermore, CTS will authorize the Project Man­ag­er and desig­nated key personnel the au­tonomy to allo­cate re­sources to estab­lish and sus­tain a supe­rior level of re­spon­siveness to network support needs.

CTS's Project Manager will proact­ively seek input and feedback from management and users. He will in­ter­act with all customers to iden­tify support areas that could benefit from process improvements. The Project Manager will offer recommendations for consider­ation based on quantitative data obtained from key and functional managers. Our key managers will assure delivery of qua­lity products and services through their un­derstanding of, and direct partici­pa­tion in, the require­ments, plan­ning, stan­dards and processes that result in con­sistent­ly high-caliber support. Moreover, they will leverage successful Government network support experi­ences ob­tained from the other contracts to concisely de­fine product and performance quality attain­ment methods for review and accep­tance. We will use approved processes and product con­trol methodologies to guide func­tional area performance to achieve goals for quality services.
